Not Fried Ice Cream

Since we're in quarantine, and it seems like every day is a bore, we decided to share a delicious treat with you! Our family was going on a walk and we were stuck on coming up with a new, amazing recipe to make people happy during this stressful time. So, our mom thought of a local restaurant she went to when she was a child and told us how delicious their fried ice cream was. She came up with an idea and... Tada! Here it is.
🍦NOT FRIED ICE CREAM🍦

Ingredients
Three scoops of ice cream ( any flavor you want!)
1/4 cornflakes
1/4 Cinnamon Toast Crunch
2 graham crackers
Equipment
three teacups
three small bowls
three plastic bags
rolling pin
DIRECTIONS
1. If possible change temperature in the freezer to colder. (Ours has a dial with cold, colder, and coldest)
2. Scoop ice cream into teacups and put them in the freezer for 2 hours.
3. Meanwhile, measure cornflakes, cinnamon toast crunch, and graham crackers separately and place them in plastic bags.
4. Using a rolling pin crush cereal and graham crackers finely.⚠️ Do not crush the cornflakes as much.
5. Pour each topping into individual bowls.
6. Take the ice cream out of the freezer and roll one scoop in each topping.
7. Eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
                                          Notes
1. Let ice cream sit on the counter for 3-4 minutes before rolling in toppings.
2. If using a fruit-flavored ice cream or sorbet substitute granola cereal for graham crackers.
3. If you have chocolate or caramel syrup drizzle on top before serving.
